CNC Mill Machinist
- CNC Operation & Programming: Program and operate multiple CNC machines (G-code) to produce single parts and series based on technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Translate technical drawings into programs, inspect incoming work, and verify completed parts against measurement reports.
- Process Oversight: Identify deviations, maintain milling tools/machinery, and ensure all operations align with specified guidelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations; report hazards and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor Junior Millers to maintain shop floor expertise.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant CNC milling experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and strong knowledge of G-code.
- Education: Relevant technical degree or certification.
- Key Competencies: High dedication to quality, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
