Ed Voyles Hyundai is a trusted name in the automotive industry, known for exceptional customer service and quality vehicle parts. We are looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Counterperson with strong sales experience to join our dynamic parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist wholesale customers with their parts needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments promptly.
- Maintain inventory control and manage special order parts.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales (wholesale preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Hyundai parts and accessories is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
