Financial Analyst

We are actively sourcing for a high-motivation, mid-level Financial Analyst to join a newly opened, strategic contract team located in Carrollton, GA. This role acts as a vital cross-functional business partner, bridging the gap between raw corporate data, IT financial systems, and commercial execution.

Reporting directly to the finance leadership team, you will take ownership of commercial analytics tools, monthly cost center monitoring, and the continuous refinement of interactive corporate dashboards. Responsibilities

• Commercial Analytics: Support the ongoing development and refinement of commercial and financial analytics tools—including sales-on-hand (SOH) reporting, budget vs. plan analysis, and performance tracking—to support timely, data-driven decision-making.

• Budget Cycle Management: Support the annual budgeting cycle in partnership with Commercial, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accuracy across all business units.

• Cost Center Monitoring: Provide monthly cost center analyses to all supported teams, enabling effective budget monitoring and variance analysis.

• Executive Presentations: Prepare comprehensive, data-driven materials for business review meetings that empower key stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted business partner by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

• Systems & Data Integrity: Partner with IT teams to optimize business intelligence solutions and refine master data structures, enhancing reporting efficiency and data integrity.

• Dashboard Evolution: Maintain and evolve Tableau dashboards and other reporting tools used by commercial and finance teams, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
