We immediately need a MAINTENANCE TECH | CREW MEMBER to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our ALPHARETTA, GA – East Branch. An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, with a focus on working safely and delivering outstanding customer service. The core requirements of the Maintenance Tech | Crew Member will be to complete lawn maintenance assignments efficiently and effectively. Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively and safely operate essential lawn care equipment, including mower, blower, weed eater, edger, rake, etc.
• Perform landscape maintenance functions, including edging, mowing, digging, weed eating, pruning, raking, planting, mulching, and blowing leaves.
• Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship. Work with teammates to maintain neat, clean, and orderly conditions at the properties.
• Meet with your Foreman / Crew Lead to understand Project Assignments.
• Complete Hands-on leadership and training are assigned to you.
• Attend and participate in required safety meetings
• Submit and review required paperwork, including timesheets, receipts, daily debriefs, and inspection reports, accurately and on time.
• Work following all local health and safety laws and regulations at the shop, yard, and on job sites
• Help ensure equipment is always maintained and functioning correctly.
• Use required PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment / work safely.

Work Conditions / Essential Functions:

• Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Manual, labor-intensive position, requiring lifting of up to 60 lbs.
• Travel to and work at various locations, including both residential and commercial sites
• Flexible working hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work. The Typical workday begins at 6:30 AM
• Required to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly
