Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled macOS Endpoint Enginee r to join a fast-paced enterprise environment supporting and scaling Apple device management using Workspace ONE UEM. This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and automated management of macOS devices across the organization.

You’ll own the full device lifecycle—from enrollment and configuration to patching, compliance, and advanced troubleshooting—while driving automation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale a fleet of macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM

• Design, implement, and maintain macOS configurations, policies, and system environments

• Package and deploy applications (PKG/DMG), scripts, and updates

• Build and optimize Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE) workflows

• Automate device provisioning and management using bash scripting

• Monitor OS updates, patch compliance, and device health across the fleet

• Enforce security baselines and ensure compliance with enterprise policies

• Provide L3 support for complex macOS issues and perform root cause analysis

• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams to improve processes

• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

• Support end users post-deployment to ensure a seamless macOS experience

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing macOS in enterprise environments

• 2+ years hands-on with Workspace ONE UEM (macOS-focused)

Strong expertise in:

• Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE)

• Configuration profiles

• Application packaging (PKG, DMG)

• Solid bash scripting skills for automation

• Experience with patching, updates, and security compliance at scale

• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and documentation skills
