  • Direct and mentor leaders, staff, consultants, and contractors while building long-term organizational capability through workforce development and succession planning
  • Champion continuous improvement in safety, operational performance, analytics, project governance, and process excellence
  • Deliver clear, compelling communication of complex technical, operational, and financial matters to executive leadership, Boards, Member Systems, and FOC senior executives
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the President, providing insight on execution risk, portfolio performance, and organizational readiness

  • A strategic, enterprise-focused mindset that balances innovation, risk management, and disciplined execution
  • Proven ability to lead complex organizations and portfolios through growth, change, and transformation
  • Strong commitment to safety, accountability, ethical leadership, and performance excellence
  • Demonstrated success translating long-term vision into actionable strategy and measurable outcomes

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, another relevant Engineering discipline, or Finance (required)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience within the electric utility or energy industry
  • Extensive leadership experience spanning operations, engineering, maintenance, project development, contract administration, planning, budgeting, and financial analysis

  • Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex technical and financial data into actionable insight
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including Board-level reporting and executive presentations
