Life Insurance Agent

Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills About Company: CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
