What You'll Do:

As a Remote Sales Agent, you'll work in a virtual call center environment, handling inbound calls and selling home services such as TV, Internet, and Phone on behalf of top-tier brand partners. Your day will include:

6 weeks of paid virtual training in a collaborative team setting
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Managing a high call volume (20-25 back-to-back calls daily)
Closing sales on the first call whenever possible
Weekly coaching sessions with a Team Lead to help you grow
A structured schedule, including a 1-hour lunch and a 30-minute break

What We Offer:

Base pay of $10/hour plus uncapped commissions - top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually!
Weekly and monthly contests, bonuses, and prizes to keep things exciting
100% paid virtual training (six weeks) to set you up for success
Up to $4,150 in retention bonuses within six months, including a $600 training completion bonus
Flexible scheduling - work four weekdays + one weekend shift (no shifts later than 11 AM - 8 PM EST)
