Our in-house bar, JR's, offers indoor and outdoor seating, along with billiards, darts, assortment of outside games and cornhole. A Day in the Life of a Weekend Manager:

As a Weekend Manager, you'll be essential to our weekend operations, managing the facility during peak hours. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding high standards for our employees and guests.

Your typical weekend shift will be approximately 39 hours, covering:

• Friday: Approximately 2:00 PM - 1:00 AM

• Saturday: Approximately 11:00 AM - 1:00 AM

• Sunday: Approximately 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

You will:

• Direct daily tasks and ensure the smooth operation of all attractions and areas.

• Proactively engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction and resolve inquiries or complaints with patience and tact.

• Manage all customer issues and concerns that arise during your shifts.

• Coordinate employee schedules and arrange for replacements as needed to maintain optimal staffing.

• Assist with interviewing job applicants and onboarding new hires .

• Oversee inventory management and enthusiastically promote sales and new products or services.

• Maintain meticulous cash handling procedures , including counting registers at regular intervals.

• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and meet operational standards .

• Report any significant operational or customer-related issues to upper management promptly.

You are a hands-on leader who thrives on interacting with people and takes pride in keeping everything running efficiently in a fun and energetic environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership ability and a track record of effective team management.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Strong math and cash-handling skills .

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift boxes of supplies regularly .

• Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

• Confident, decisive, fair, and open to suggestions.

• Team-oriented with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.

• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail .

• Efficient with strong prioritization and delegation skills .

Work Schedule:

This full-time management position is integral to our weekend operations. The work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays , with approximately 2-4 days off during the week. Nights are mandatory.
