Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
- Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that align with the specific requirements of each client.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the entire client lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the insurance market to better serve clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain one.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Spanish Speaking Preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations and foster strong relationships.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools.
