Concrete Project Manager

MEMCO is hiring for a Bilingual Concrete Project Manager in Atlanta!

Full-time and Long-Term

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm

Job Overview :

MEMCO has partnered with a well-established commercial concrete and masonry contractor in Atlanta. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Concrete Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead multiple commercial and mission critical concrete projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial/mission critical concrete and masonry projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Ensure compliance with mission-critical specifications, QA/QC standards, and third-party testing requirements.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Oversee material procurement, scheduling, and distribution.
• Communicate effectively with GCs, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Conduct job site safety walks and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, and project finance using construction software.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete or masonry project management.
• MUST have proven experience on mission-critical projects, including data centers, with budgets between $2 million and $3 million.
• Experience with AIA pay applications required.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and submittal processes.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.
• Tech-savvy, critical thinker, and self-motivated leader.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• OSHA 30 certification a plus
