Pre-K Teacher
Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Duties
- Planning and Implementing Lesson plans
- Creating a Safe, Clean, Organized and Engaging Environment
- Teaching and Facilitating a Learning Environment
- Assessing and Monitoring Child Progress
- Communication with Parents and Guardians
- Collaborating with Colleagues and Support Staff
- Promoting Social and Emotional Development
- Providing Individualized Support
- Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Professional Development
- Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Able to work from 7am-1pm, Monday through Friday.
- Certification in early childhood education or willingness to pursue (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
