Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales - HVAC)

Wittichen Supply Company is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage relationships with HVAC contractors in the Columbus, GA market.
This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market share within an established territory.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an assigned territory of HVAC contractors and accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Promote HVAC equipment, parts, and solutions to contractors
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs
- Stay up to date on products, pricing, and market trends
- Meet or exceed sales goals and territory growth targets
- Provide on-site support and maintain regular customer visits
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or B2B sales
- HVAC, construction, or industrial sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with HVAC contractors
- Experience working with distributors or manufacturers
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
