This is where YOU come in! Fletch-Barney is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Plumbing Tech. Uunderground experience repairing water and sewer lines with excavator and/or other necessary equipment is a PLUS!

WHAT WE NEED:
* Ability to work at a steady pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
* Work independently and collaboratively with a team and customers
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks
* Valid driver's license with clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with Fletch-Barney requirements
* Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal/driving background checks
* Able to work rotating on-call schedule during week and weekends

DAILY REQUIREMENTS:
* Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
* Lead customers to informed and confident decisions by providing extraordinary customer service
* Communicate with dispatch and manager
* Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
* Have or be willing to get the proper certifications, we will help you with this
