Territory Sales Manager - Southeastern Region
Location: Southeastern U.S. (Remote Work)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team and oversee the Southeastern region. This position is ideal for someone with a solid sales and technical background in the industrial and off-the-road (OTR) tire industry. We are looking for an individual who has a proven history of maximizing revenue through client acquisition and effective sales strategies.

Position Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring new accounts and managing existing client relationships within the designated territory, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand the existing customer base
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Build strong, trusting relationships to promote customer loyalty
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
Analyze territory sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive profitability within the region

Skills and Requirements:

Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Knowledgeable in the industrial and OTR tire industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel and work remotely as needed
Experience with CRM software for customer management and follow-up
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Clean driving record
