Boiler Operations Expert

If you are passionate about delivering outstanding Boiler Operations services, this role may be the perfect fit! As an expert, you will oversee the preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of dynamic boiler systems, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage collaboratively with clients at their sites to determine issues and implement viable solutions.

• Guide and manage comprehensive project initiatives.

• Team up with Senior Technicians to achieve project goals and foster a culture of mentorship.

• Document daily activities through structured reporting methods.

• Pursue progression through our dedicated Growth Program.

• Participate in an on-call service rotation, potentially involving weekend or after-hours support.

What We Require

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience plus a High School diploma
• Preferred candidates will offer 5 years of expertise in boiler control environments
• Strong grasp of Boiler room dynamics, control mechanisms, and combustion testing protocols
• Electrical competence, understanding installation practices, and complex control reformation
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license
• Exemplary customer service capacities and articulate communication skillset
• Acumen to handle diverse priorities with impeccable organizational precision
