Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Able to complete TB test and necessary background clearances
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification such as CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work attitude
