Who: Accounting professionals with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and at least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
What: Perform professional accounting duties including general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and support of monthly close processes.
When: Full-time position supporting ongoing financial operations.
Where: Atlanta, GA

Purpose of the Job
Perform professional accounting activities supporting business operations. Responsibilities include preparing spreadsheets, auditing accounts, posting journal entries, and assisting finance leadership with assigned accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Review and balance general ledger integration files (licensing, daily activity, etc.)
Prepare and maintain accounting and financial reports (AR, AP, revenue, expenses)
Maintain records for miscellaneous deposits
Process licensing refunds and voids
Prepare and post monthly journal entries into the automated accounting system
Research and resolve moderate accounting discrepancies
Assist with monthly financial close and preparation of schedules
Track, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support accounting system implementations or conversions as needed
Respond to internal inquiries and provide financial information as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 1 year accounting or bookkeeping experience
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations preferred
Experience with automated accounting systems preferred
