Field Supervisor - Biohazard Mitigation

- Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
- Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in.This role does not have direct reports, but serves in a supervisory capacity with regards to the project as a whole.
- Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
- Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
- Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
- Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
- Must be able to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Occasional overnight travel, with accommodations provided by the company.
- Capable of handling a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
- Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have completed ServiceMaster BioClean’s Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
- XActimate experience
- Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
- Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
