Member Services Representative
The Member Services Representative reports to the National Member Relations Director and is responsible for assisting all members in day-to-day support as well as executing administrative reporting and data entry. This team member must be well versed in all clubs’ programming and regular procedures as well as provide exceptional customer service via phone and email correspondence with members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Inbound Member Questions and Requests
- Assisting in Administrative Functions
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Problem-Solving for Inbound Member Feedback & Escalations
- Meeting Outreach & Touchpoint Quotas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
