What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
• Use diagnostic tools and vehicle systems to accurately identify issues
• Follow manufacturer guidelines to complete repairs to standard
• Document work clearly and thoroughly on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Perform routine services including oil changes, fluid checks, brake jobs, and tire rotations
• Support a high standard of customer satisfaction through reliable, efficient work

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in automotive service technology required
• ASE or equivalent certifications preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
