- Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Use diagnostic tools and vehicle systems to accurately identify issues
- Follow manufacturer guidelines to complete repairs to standard
- Document work clearly and thoroughly on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Perform routine services including oil changes, fluid checks, brake jobs, and tire rotations
- Support a high standard of customer satisfaction through reliable, efficient work
- Post-secondary training in automotive service technology required
- ASE or equivalent certifications preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
