Admin/Office Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Tuesday through Thursday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Provide front and back office support
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Assist with job costing and administrative tracking
• Coordinate and set up training for new employees
• Answer phones, manage emails, and assist visitors as needed
• Organize files, documents, and office systems
• Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
• Position is in a warehouse

Admin/Office Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Professional communication skills
• MUST HAVE UP TO DATE RESUME
