Reports to: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel to achieve high performance and career growth.

  • Foster a culture that reflects Versacor’s Leadership Principles in every action and decision.

  • Conduct regular branch meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new associates; ensure they are properly trained and equipped for success.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure Versacor's service is consistently executed across all accounts.

  • Oversee route planning, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance to maximize service team efficiency.

  • Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation.

Financial Performance

  • Drive the branch to achieve or exceed budgeted goals with emphasis on profitability and cost control.

  • Support the accounts receivable process and ensure accurate financial management at the branch level.

  • Participate in business planning and budget forecasting to align local performance with company objectives.

Client Relations & Business Growth

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

  • Represent Versacor at marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to promote brand awareness and growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the branch territory and manage Sales Associates pursuing those opportunities


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in service, operations, or route-based industries.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the able to motivate teams and influence results.

  • Sales experience preferred, with proven ability to drive performance and meet goals.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of creating and delivering professional presentations.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening (initial and ongoing).

  • Passion for excellence and commitment to operational integrity.

  • Physically able to perform job functions; reasonable accommodations provided when necessary.
