I attended North Cobb High School and earned my marketing degree from West Georgia College. Ive been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years, and we have three daughters who keep us busy with activitiesespecially softball games. Our family loves spending time outdoors, whether thats camping, hiking, horseback riding, or enjoying time at the lake. We also have a nearby farm where we ride ATVs, and Im an avid hunter who especially enjoys off-roading in my CJ7 Jeep. I also serve on the board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and enjoy cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs whenever I can. Our agency is a small but close-knit team of five, and that strong sense of family carries into our office culture. We work together, support each other, and rely on teamwork to create a positive and productive environment. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Davidson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
