What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate:

Be the Face of Vaden! Greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process
Know Your Stuff! Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value
Close the Deal! Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently
Build Relationships! Turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners
Stay Driven! Reach out to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and stay engaged with your pipeline
Deliver an Exceptional Experience! Ensure every customer leaves feeling excited and valued

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
Professional appearance and a team-player mindset
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
