About the Role
We are seeking an Armed Safety Officer – Field Supervisor to oversee and support security operations across multiple site locations. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, field-driven leader who can manage officers, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain consistent operational excellence. You will serve as the key point of accountability between our officers, our clients, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers daily across various site types and locations.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure performance, professionalism, and site compliance.
• Train officers on site-specific procedures, expectations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain frequent communication with on-site staff and ensure clear alignment between officers and company standards.
• Perform regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address any service concerns.
• Identify operational needs and proactively implement improvements.
• Handle officer performance issues, corrective actions, and incident follow-up.
• Schedule officers, optimize shift coverage, and place personnel where they are the best fit.
• Monitor officer attendance, conduct audits, and ensure all assignments are executed properly.
• Manage time effectively while overseeing multiple active priorities and site demands.
• Exercise strong project-management-style skills to coordinate and elevate overall site performance.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies
• Maintain detailed reports of incidents, patrols, and inspections for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to safety incidents.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and legal regulations governing security operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid armed security license (state requirements apply). 16hr armed certification is required.
• Prior experience in supervising officers , field operations, or multi-site management strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, oversight, audits, or project management principles is highly valued.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality service delivery.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as needed.
