How You’ll Contribute

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment with care and precision
• Diagnose technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Deliver top-tier customer service on every visit
• Document service calls thoroughly and help manage parts/inventory
• Collaborate with a supportive team and responsive management
• Stay current with new tools, diagnostics, and industry tech
• Champion safety standards in every task

What You Bring

• High school diploma (technical training or degree is a plus)
• Hands-on background as an equipment technician in Forklift, Heavy/Diesel, Automotive, Aerial Platforms (MEWP), or a comparable field
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and customer-facing professionalism
• Self-directed with excellent time management
• Comfort with diagnostic tools and software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
