What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen operations during assigned shifts and manage schedule

What We're Looking For
- Three to five years leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings
- Proven expertise in food safety, inventory management, and cost control
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication with front-of-house and management teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred but not required
