To The Moon Roofing is launching in Atlanta with a clear objective: build a dominant, premium residential roofing brand designed to scale across multiple markets.
We are hiring a Founding Retail Sales Consultant — a high-level in-home closer who wants serious income, long-term upside, and a seat at the table as we build.
This is not a storm-chasing company.
This is not low-bid retail.
This is a systems-driven growth platform built for scale and future expansion.
If you can close at a high level and want more than just commission checks, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
- Company-generated inbound marketing leads
- Average residential project size: $12,000–$20,000+
- Premium pricing strategy (we compete on value, not discounts)
- Clean CRM systems and backend production support
- Strong marketing engine — you focus on closing
- Ground-floor role with leadership path
Top producers should expect $150,000–$300,000+ annually.
There is no cap.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct professional roof inspections
- Capture documentation and scope details
- Present premium roofing solutions in-home
- Walk homeowners through materials, warranties, and value
- Confidently present pricing and close
- Maintain disciplined follow-up
- Document activity in CRM
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations
You will be measured on close rate, revenue, margin discipline, and professionalism.
