• Oversee mechanical projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and - compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed on all job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
