The Justin Landis Group is one of Atlanta’s top real estate teams, known for exceptional client care, strong systems, and a culture built on growth. We’re hiring a Showing/Buyer’s Assistant to support a high‑producing agent and help deliver an outstanding experience to our buyers.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a clear path to becoming a Buyers Agent or growing even further within the team.
What You’ll Do- Show homes to active buyers and provide warm, knowledgeable client support
- Assist with writing and submitting contracts
- Coordinate vendors, inspections, access, and on-the-ground logistics
- Manage quick-turn tasks and jump in wherever needed
- Support the lead agent with buyer communication, follow-up, and preparation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness at all times
- Highly Available & Flexible — You’re comfortable with a dynamic schedule and can pivot quickly
- Buyer-Focused & Personable — Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to learn
- Fast-Moving & Adaptable — Able to switch tasks quickly and handle contracts, vendors, and details on the fly
- A people-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach
- Comfort working evenings/weekends as needed for showings
- A Georgia real estate license is required
- Tech-savvy and organized, with strong follow-through
- A desire to grow into a Buyers Agent role or beyond
