Receptionist

We are actively sourcing for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at Architectural Metal Specialties in Douglasville, GA.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Phone Management: Answer incoming multi-line phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Call Routing: Route calls to the correct department or take clear, accurate messages when team members are unavailable.

• Visitor Hospitality: Greet clients, vendors, and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.

• Mail Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

• General Clerical Support: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with basic, simple administrative tasks (such as scanning or filing) as needed.
