Join a 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS) private practice with a path to partnership after 1 year! This rapidly growing office has a brand new expanded facility and more new patient demand than it can handle- 150 new patients per month!

• Location: Northern Georgia (Blairsville area). The area offers a compelling blend of scenic mountain setting, outdoor recreation, a small‐town friendly feel, and an affordable cost of living.
• Practice Type: Private Practice; 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS) .
• New Patients: Averaging approximately 150 new patients per month .
• Office/Technology: Brand new office with new technology, digital scanners
• Team: 1 FT and 1 PT dentist, supported by 4 hygienists .
• Reputation: 4.8-star average Google review .
• Schedule: 4 days per week 8 am- 4 pm (M-TH or T-F) (8 am – 4 pm).

Compensation and Partnership

• $300,000+ income potential . Pay includes an initial daily rate with a percentage of collections.
• Partnership: Clear path to partnership in as little as 1 year.

Candidate Profile

• Must Have: Friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and confidence in their work.
• Will consider an early-career dentist who is a great match. An experienced dentist should have handled $700,000+ in annual production in a past position.
• Must have a Georgia dental license
