Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for a 12-month onsite engagement in Atlanta, GA. This role will lead strategy, roadmap development, and feature delivery for a large-scale software development project. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution of business-critical technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong ownership, user focus, and experience delivering enterprise-scale software products .
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap with key features and delivery timelines.
- Translate customer needs into well-defined product specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly understood.
- Partner with engineering leads to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt.
- Present product strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and sponsors.
- Oversee development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Define and oversee testing processes to ensure defect-free delivery prior to UAT.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, including rollout planning and execution support.
- Track and manage project plans, timelines, and scope alongside the Program Manager.
Must-Haves:
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management .
- Experience delivering software products across all lifecycle phases (planning, design, development, implementation).
- Analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong people management, collaboration, and team-building skills.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform systems solutions .
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in Media or Broadcast Control Rooms .
- Cloud technology experience.
