Position Summary
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll take full ownership of your territoryclosing deals, building strong relationships with business owners, and developing a book of business that creates long-term financial security. Your focus will be on driving results, maximizing your production, and setting the standard for performance.

Qualifications
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided)
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience
(Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)
1099 independent contractor role (self-employed, not a W-2 employee)
100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings
Optional weekly draw available
Monthly cash bonuses and quarterly stock bonuses
