Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Provide executive-level oversight for multiple projects, coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Construction Safety Protocol Enforcement: Establish, enforce, and audit on-site safety protocols; ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards and lead safety meetings and incident investigations as needed.
Blueprint Reading and Specification Management: Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to verify constructability and compliance; manage RFI and submittal processes.
Ground-Up Commercial Construction Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of site development and structural construction to anticipate risks, resolve technical issues, and drive constructability solutions from preconstruction through closeout.
Schedule & Budget Oversight: Monitor project schedules and budgets, implement corrective actions when necessary, and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain financial and timeline objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary executive contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring transparency across teams.
Team Leadership & Motivation: Mentor and motivate project teams, promote collaboration among trades and subcontractors, and drive a culture of accountability and high performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure construction quality standards are met or exceeded through inspections, punch list management, and coordination with QA/QC resources.
Change Management & Adaptability: Lead change-order review and implementation, adapt plans to evolving project requirements, and guide teams through shifting priorities while minimizing impact to scope, cost, and schedule.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk logs; deliver executive summaries to leadership as required.
Other duties as assigned: Perform additional responsibilities as required to support successful project delivery and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in enforcing construction safety protocols and managing safety programs on job sites.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents, and to manage RFIs, submittals, and constructability reviews.

Track record of effective leadership, team motivation, and clear site communication with subcontractors, trades, and project stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience managing quality assurance and closeout processes.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and to prioritize tasks in a dynamic construction environment.
