Job Summary / Description:

The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and serves as a key contributor to the accounting team. This role partners closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient month-end processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review month-end journal entries.

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Support intercompany and intracompany reconciliations.

• Assist with audit requests and documentation.

• Support internal controls and maintain process documentation.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.

• Consolidate and optimize month-end procedures and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred).

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities.

• Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with large ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred).

• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred:

• Offshore team collaboration experience.

• Process improvement experience.
