The PartsDirect organization provides a fully integrated approach to Do-It-Yourself (DIY) parts supply. Members have the opportunity to call (1-800-366-PART), click ( or come into one of our 130 PartsDirect Stores. PartsDirect carries over 8 million parts and accessories for most major brands. Our "PartsDirect" branded stores are located within Sears retail stores and offer a deeper, in-store parts assortment with expert support. In these PartsDirect stores you get to help our Members with "Do-It-Yourself" repair part needs through our vast library of diagrams and videos!

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for our Sales Associate position that can provide excellent communication that can translate customer needs into solutions.

Job Description

Sears Parts Direct is currently recruiting Full-time and Part-time In-Store Sales Associates for our new Parts and Appliances Stores in the Greenfield area. We are currently growing and were recently named one of the top ten retailers by the National Retail Federation for 2014. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and working with a terrific team environment.
