Salary: $17.00 - $23.00/hr depending on education and experience

Kids World Learning Center is a hands-on, high-accountability organization seeking an experienced early childhood leader to join our administrative team.

This position is ideal for a current Assistant Director, Lead Teacher ready to step into leadership, or an experienced ECE professional who understands licensing, ratios, classroom support, and staff coaching.

What Youll Do

• Partner with the Center Director to oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure DECAL licensing compliance and uphold Quality Rated standards
• Coach, support, and develop teachers through observations and feedback
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with families
• Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and model best practices
• Support and protect our nature-based, farm-to-ECE culture
• Help create a calm, organized, and supportive school environment

REQUIRED Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education
Experience as an Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, Director Designee, or similar role perferred
Working knowledge of Georgia DECAL licensing and Quality Rated standards
Ability to support classrooms, staff, and compliance simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

This position is not suitable for candidates without hands-on childcare or ECE leadership experience.
