Location: Marietta, GA
Compensation: $100,000-$200,000+ total earning potential for top performers
Schedule: Full-time leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume store
About the Opportunity
AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with one of the fastest-growing independent automotive repair groups in Georgia to identify a true operating leader for a high-volume Marietta location.
This is not a sleepy counter-manager job. This is a general managing partner opportunity for someone who wants to run the business, lead the people, own the customer experience, understand the P&L, and get paid for performance.
The store has a long operating history, heavy car count, strong sales opportunity, and real upside. It has produced strong annual revenue and profitability, but the next chapter requires a leader with horsepower: someone who can stabilize culture, support a high-performing sales team, drive process, and take a proven store into another gear.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading daily store operations, sales performance, workflow, and team accountability
- Building and maintaining a positive, high-performance shop culture
- Supporting advisors and technicians so the team can sell, produce, and execute at a high level
- Driving revenue, gross profit, car-count conversion, ARO, and net profitability
- Managing customer escalations, difficult conversations, and a demanding front-counter environment
- Coaching team members, setting expectations, and holding people accountable without creating toxicity
- Learning and using the P&L to make strong operating decisions
- Partnering with senior leadership to grow the store toward its next revenue level
What We Are Looking For
- Proven automotive service management, store management, or general manager experience
- Independent repair shop, high-volume service center, or Christian Brothers Automotive-style background preferred
- Strong sales leadership and customer-service instincts
- Ability to manage pressure, pace, difficult customers, and constant workflow without losing the team
- Comfortable leading technicians, service advisors, and front-counter staff
- Understands gross profit, labor, ARO, car count, production, and net profitability
- Strong communication skills and enough edge to lead a demanding store professionally
- Growth-minded, accountable, and motivated by building something bigger than a paycheck
Compensation
- Strong base salary, expected around $75,000-$100,000 depending on background
- Performance upside tied to store profitability and operating results
- Total earning potential can exceed $100,000, with significantly higher upside for a leader who can grow the store
