Sales Development Representative - Remote
Collaborate and strategize: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share insights, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
Engage prospects: Execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, phone, and social media to connect with potential clients.
Stay informed: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to sharpen business development approaches.
Be a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Track and report: Manage leads in the sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment (prior sales experience is a plus!).
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for engaging real estate professionals and developers.
Tech-savviness: Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo (experience with 6Sense, Construct Connect, and HubSpot is a bonus).
Results-driven: Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
Proactive mindset: Experience crafting creative, customized outreach strategies and demonstrating initiative. Bonus Points Marketing or business development experience at a PropTech company.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads.
