You’ll ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records by managing key accounting functions. Your expertise will help support compliance and deliver reliable financial reporting for the business.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording transactions and reconciling balances
• Reconcile accounts and validate data across financial records
• Prepare detailed balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other key reports
• Assist in posting recurring and adjusting journal entries each month
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist during internal and external audit processes
• Handle payroll and sales tax filings for multiple states to ensure compliance
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (equivalent experience may be considered)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting setting
• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities
• High attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of data accurately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Maintains confidentiality and professional discretion
