Litigation Team Coordinator
Connect Staffing is partnering exclusively with a national law firm to fill a Litigation Team Coordinator role. This senior-level position is ideal for an experienced litigation assistant who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take on a supervisory role while continuing to perform high-level legal assistant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, proof, and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in state and federal courts.
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure attorneys remain on track.
Serve as the point person for team workflow—assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring coverage across the practice group.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to other legal assistants.
Streamline processes and promote best practices across the team.
Assist attorneys with client communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience —coordinating workflow and mentoring staff.
In-depth knowledge of state and federal filing procedures (including e-filing platforms).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and case management tools.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote setting.
