We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our mission and connect more families to the care they need. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to represent a brand with deep community roots and deliver peace of mind to clients every day.

What You’ll Do

· Identify, build, and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, and physician groups

· Represent Griswold Home Care for Atlanta at community events, expos, seminars, and networking opportunities

· Create and execute a monthly sales and outreach plan with clearly defined goals

· Track and analyze referral activity and outcomes using our CRM system

· Collaborate with the care coordination and office teams to ensure seamless On-boarding of new clients

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for new client starts and billable revenue

Who You Are

· A motivated, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven industry

· Competitive, disciplined, and organized, with a bias toward action

· Passionate about senior care and helping families navigate difficult decisions

· Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community leaders

· Knowledge of home care, home health, or senior living is a strong plus

Qualifications

· 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience (home care or healthcare preferred)

· Bachelor’s degree

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: Starting at $52,000

· Commission & Bonuses: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
