Office Manager (Construction & Permitting Specialist)

ATL Search Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with construction and permitting experience to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while managing permits, documentation, and communication across multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, documentation, and Scope of Work (SOW)
- Process and track building permits across multiple Georgia counties
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and city officials
- Follow up on plan approvals, corrections, and revisions
- Manage material purchasing and vendor relationships (Home Depot and others)
- Coordinate schedules with team members and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee daily office operations and internal/external communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction office management or permitting
- Strong knowledge of Georgia permitting systems and processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with construction documents, plans, and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
