If you have a passion for crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding service to guests, we want you to be part of our team! As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in a newly renovated and lively environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers with care and attention to detail.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.
• Providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
• Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Following safety, health, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers with precision, using ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to create exceptional drinks for guests and the service bar.
• Serve wine, draught beer, and bottled beer with professionalism and care.
• Accurately process payments for drinks and food served, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Order and manage the requisition of liquors, supplies, and bar inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Arrange bottled goods and glassware in an aesthetically pleasing and organized display.
• Slice and pit fruit to create garnishes for drinks, enhancing the guest experience.
• Replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the bar area to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Immediately notify management of any guest complaints or concerns and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Maintain proper etiquette when interacting with guests, ensuring a respectful and professional experience.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
• Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
• CPR training and first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
