At Beyond Juicery + Eatery, our mission is simple: be the best part of our guests’ day. That starts with leadership that inspires, motivates, and sets the standard.
We’re expanding into Atlanta, GA—our third location in the state and the first of five planned openings. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role in a brand-new market, grow with our team, and help introduce Beyond Juicery + Eatery to the community.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee staff performance
· Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
· Open and close the store following established checklists and procedures
· Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
· Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
· Manage scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
· Build a positive, team-first culture that makes guests and employees feel valued
What We’re Looking For
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
· High standards for guest service and teamwork
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
· A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excitement to help launch Beyond Juicery + Eatery in a new market
