Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for rehabilitation-focused inpatients during 12-hour night shifts.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care plans with input from the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor responses; manage IV therapy and wound care; assist with procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition; participate in emergency responses per ACLS protocols.
- Document all care accurately in the electronic health record; coordinate discharge planning and patient education with the care team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state: Georgia) and eligibility to work in the stated location.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rehab or acute hospital settings.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to work night shift in a hospital/rehabilitation environment and to participate in a 13-week travel assignment.
- Willingness to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation unit and to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
