We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Project Manager to support a range of initiatives across operations, marketing, and service delivery. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, marketing know-how, and familiarity with healthcare or compliance-sensitive environments.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of driving projects to completion while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations, timelines, and cross-functional communications to ensure smooth execution of business goals
• Develop and manage marketing strategies across digital and local channels to build brand awareness and attract clients
• Draft, review, and refine client-facing documents such as intake forms, communication templates, and policy documents
• Collaborate with service providers, vendors, and administrative support to maintain readiness for client engagement
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements for processes, marketing, and client experience
• Ensure workflows, documentation, and practices are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across departments or teams
• Marketing experience (social media, email campaigns, brand development, etc.)
• Understanding of regulated or health-adjacent industries (e.g., healthcare, wellness, aesthetics)
• Highly organized and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in tools such as Trello/Asana, Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM platforms

Preferred (but not required):

• Certification in Project Management
• Background in healthcare, clinical support, or wellness services
• Experience with service-based businesses or client-facing roles
