Revenue Operations Project Leader

Our Revenue Operations Project Leader is an architect of knowledge and operational excellence across Exotec's commercial organization. The RevOps Project Lead will spearhead initiatives that empower sales teams, streamline operations and drive strategic alignment through actionable insights and cutting-edge tools. Their work will play a key role in improving commercial performance, influencing metrics like gross margin, order intake, and win rate.The robotics revolution is just the beginning at Exotec. Responsibilities
- Gather, internally and externally, best practices, expertise and industry information on client logistic strategy, sales strategy & methodology, and sales guidelines
- Analyze and interpret information to transform it into actionable knowledge by commercial teams
- Use knowledge to suggest improvements to methodology and influence our sales strategy
- Assist commercial teams in navigating the organization to find and access the information they need
- Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify knowledge gaps
- Lead the development of onboarding and other training programs for commercial teams to close knowledge gaps
- Create and publish impactful knowledge material with the help of local subject matter experts
- Build, organize and maintain knowledge repositories
- Organize joint training sessions with our technological partners
- Implement strategies to foster knowledge sharing across commercial teams
- Keep abreast of updates from other departments impacting commercial teams to ensure they are known and understood
- Evaluate the results and effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives; make continuous improvements
- Collaborate with the commercial IT Domain Leader to select, implement and manage tools making knowledge easier and more impactful to share
Requirements

- MBA or equivalent professional experience in leading strategic projects in sales operations, sales enablement, pricing & revenue analyses, etc.
- Proven experience in designing technical training programs and content
- A consultant mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for clear and impactful communication
- Previous experience in the warehouse automation sector is a definite asset
